Canon, Kodak, or Sony digital cameras. | | By this summer, I'm already planning to buy a digital camera but having a hard time to choose which of these products/brand should I buy. Every time I visit the malls or camera shops, I get confused looking at all this different kinds of digital cameras displayed at the shop.
What I'm looking for is a good camera between $150 - $300.00, at least 7 megapixel.
A digicam that is just for personal use for my family and friends, for travelling, any occasions...etc.Any suggestion which of these?

| | SLR Cameras | | I love to take pictures. I have a Sony digital camera but it is not an SLR. My husband has an SLR and it always seems to take beautiful pictures. It is funny, though, as I enjoy photography more than he does. I would like to be able to understand (in simple terms) the principles behind f-stops and all the different settings for a higher-end camera. I have tried to have husband explain it to me but I just don't get it. Can anyone help? | |

| It is worthwhile to repair a digital camera? | | My sony digital camera is broken down. It can only show the photos stored, but do not function for new photoing. What comes out on screen are the vertical colored lines. Maybe for exposure to rain, or drop on ground? Any of my friends could help with advice, whether it is worthwhile to repair the digital camera. | |
