I can have anything I want as long as it's under US$100 and is actually available in the country I live in.I've been choosing between an external hard drive for my laptop, or a new backpack for my college things. This is a tough call for me as of the moment, as I want the hard drive space to back up my files, but I want the backpack because my four-year-old JanSport is starting to wear out. | | Recover data from slaved Western Digital drive | | This drive did not fail; but my primary drive did. I received several Blue screen errors on Windows XP Home. They referenced the primary drive failure. I tried to reinstall windows and without realizing it, when I installed from the cd, my primary drive had failed and I overwrote the FAT table on my drive.
When I realized what had happened, I aborted the installation.
Now I have the drive replaced and want to recover the data on my 2nd drive.
